Attendance |
|
You are required
to put in 96 hours for this class, not including homework hours. In
the online course, hours are determined by the work completed by the
student. If you complete all of the required work, it is assumed
that you have also met the minimum number of hours for the class.
Dates and hours are also tracked within the online course. You must
login and participate in course activities at least four times a
week throughout the semester. A grade will be assigned at the end of
the semester.
If, for any
reason, you feel that you will not be able to complete the course,
it is your responsibility to officially withdraw from the course by
calling ClassTalk before the last drop date. Your instructor will
not automatically drop you. If you do not drop, you will receive the
grade which you have earned at the end of the semester (which will
include zeros for all assignments after you disappear from the
class).
IMPORTANT. Make sure that you have logged in
at the beginning of each online course which you have enrolled in
(within the first week) and read the syllabus thoroughly so that
your instructor knows that you do intend to complete the course work
in this class. Each student is expected to login to the WebCT
for this course frequently, read all e-mails, read all Discussion
Board items from other students and the instructor, submit (upload
through the Assignments page) regular homework, lab
assignments, and projects and take regular online quizzes (through
the Quizzes page). Enrollment in college
