|||
|
This course is an introduction to programming using Visual Basic 2005. The course covers the fundamentals of event oriented programming in a Windows environment. |

Course Objectives |
|||
|
Students will explore how to write and use Visual Basic
applications that they might find in a real world setting. Coverage includes
the basic issues of designing programming applications, including control
structures, procedures, arrays, file access, and object-oriented programming
and design.. Specific topic coverage includes:

Attendance is required in all courses. In this course you
are required to log in to the course 2 times per week. Logging in to the course at least twice a
week will help you maintain current with course issues, potential changes,
and updated information relevant to the weekly units. WebCT Vista allows the faculty to monitor student’s
activities and course visits to determine student’s progress. This
means that your instructors will know if you visited the course contents,
downloaded the course materials and/or spent time online at particular
sections of the course. We will also
know the number of time you logged in and how long you were online. This information will assist us to determine
attendance and progress requirements. Although
your instructors believe that it is your responsibility to drop from this
course, we reserve the right to drop you from the course based on the
District’s attendance policies. |
