Brief Description:
Just as the title indicates, 80% of online accessibility issues can be resolved with some simple strategies (the ABC’s) of universal design and easy as 1, 2, 3 steps to make course content delivered via the internet compliant with Section 508 and California SB 105 guidelines. In this hands-on presentation you will learn how to ZAP! your Word documents, pdf’s, and PowerPoint presentations into usable and accessible formats. Resources will be shared that have been successful in the online teaching and learning environment. Participants are encouraged to bring their own documents to work with.
